Our process is simple. The first step is to meet the family (or you) to engage them in conversation about their honoree and lead them through a simple questionnaire. This meeting helps guide the motif of the celebration, as we recount some of the high points of their life and family memories.

A broad outline of the event is discussed, including budget, date and size of the celebration. We follow that meeting with a proposal, choose one person within the family as the designated contact, and keep on track with regular meetings.

During this time we are available at all times, both as a resource and as a sounding board—we encourage our families to take advantage of our list of contacts. On the day of the celebration, we are there to facilitate before, during and after the event to allow the family to participate fully and not have to engage in the logistical details.
